Returns:

Returns are not accepted, as each item is available in a single unique piece only. This ensures the exclusivity and uniqueness of every product.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are allowed within 48 hours of receiving the order, under the following conditions:

The item must be in its original condition as received.

The original label/tag must be intact and not removed.

Delivery fees for exchanges will be covered by the customer.
